Signature Services

Design

Conceptual Plan

A colored rendering depicting the illumination of specific areas and architectural elements using downlighting, uplighting, feature lighting, and signage. Complete with budgets and number of fixtures used to create the plan.

Electrical Plan

A colored rendering depicting power locations and wattage requirements. Complete with specification sheets demonstrating the proper method of installation and necessary electrical equipment.

Fixture Plan

A colored rendering depicting fixture locations, type, shielding and placement. Complete with specification sheets of each fixture used to complete the plan.

Master Illumination Plan

A final colored landscape illumination plan indicating power locations, wattage, fixture type, fixture location, shielding, and placement.

Design/Consult

As your illumination designer, SI Designs’ is available to oversee the installation should you desire to contract the installation process. This level of service is necessary to ensure the integrity of design and proper methods of installation for warranty purposes.
